Abstract Sky

Today was forecast to be very wet, but it's turned out to be a lovely day.  Not that we've seen much of it as we've been painting the dining room, but it's a good job done.  I decided to do one of the walls yellow to match the chimney breast and it certainly looked bright when the sun was shining on it!

I noticed the sky was looking particularly nice, but there was a low bank of cloud so the sun was hidden, but I thought it looked rather abstract with all the wispy clouds.  I noticed a plane up there too, I wonder where they're off to?

Anyway, I'd better go and help Alan tidy up and then I think we might have a little glass or two in the palace before I start dinner.
