Butter Wouldn't Melt!

It's been a rather quick day today, spent re-hanging the curtains, packing for Alan's trip and cooking a Sunday roast which we ate before he was picked up at 3pm.

I'm now having doubts about the yellow paint in the dining room, I like it on the chimney breast, but I think it's a bit bright in there.  Alan likes it though, so I've said I'll see how I feel in a couple of weeks and see if I've got used to it.  If not, at least it can easily be changed.  We now want to get some blinds though, rather than the curtains we've got - it's never ending when you start decorating isn't it?

Once Alan had left I took the boys down to the beach for a walk.  It was really windy and cold at home so I wrapped up with my thick  coat, hat, gloves and scarf, but it was very sheltered on the undercliff walk and I ended up too hot.

The boys look very well behaved here, but they were a nightmare today, pulling and barking at every other dog - only because they wanted to play, but it makes it hard work when they're in that kind of mood!

Anyway we're home and they're both fast asleep now!  I noticed another amazing sky so ran upstairs to take a photo which I've added to my extras, it could be the Southern Lights, it was so colourful!
