When shall we three meet again?

The day before racing cross it's probably not a good idea to fall while out for a walk and twist your already dodgy knee. All a wee bit stiff, but I'll survive, trooper that I am.

Nice walk in breezy conditions out between Cove and Torness, with a huge amount of rockpooling along the way, as well as an early Gannet, and loads of other bird life (including the Ringed Plovers in shot).

Had started with birds too, taking advantage of the lighter mornings to pop round the park, finding time to watch someone from the local ParkRun chuck a big bottle of Fanta into the undergrowth / burn. Send posts through Facebook about it in my role on the Friends committee, and all sorted (the guy even went back later and fished the bottle out, and just happened to bump into a wildlife photographer friend of mine and wanted to make sure I knew it had been retrieved).

Loved the departing cormorant in the extra as well.
