Boots made for walking

A sunny afternoon, no wind and a super walk in Vogrie. Very tempting to put up photos of all the snow drops that have appeared the week since I was last there, but I resisted it. Also got a pawtrait of Kyna sitting (reluctantly) on the Once upon a time throne, resisted that too (although Kyna tweeted on her own Twitter account)
The boots date from 1988 and are still doing a very good job. Note the difference in the padding round the ankle, the lying down one was chewed by Bliss the spaniel but very ably repaired in Peebles. It took ages to find boots that would fit because of wide feet (aka bunions) but these have been very comfortable
