SOB Volleyball Vacations - Day #6

A big part of SOB Volleyball Vacations are the pro clinics. Each day at noon, the professional players teach the guests a specific volleyball skill. Passing, defense, blocking, setting, and, today, serving (hitting, the most popular, is tomorrow). Here pro Emily Stockman demonstrates the correct form for a jump serve to a group of interested guests. Being a clinic, I can get into positions not available during a game and am able to get unique shots such as this. The men are getting similar instruction on the courts in the background. After an hour all taking part in this clinic were much better servers (which I unfortunately experienced later during pickup play).
