Training
Without a doubt, the best thing about training for a half marathon is all the naughty things you get to eat after a long run. Today has been filled with eating Malteasers under a duvet on the sofa, followed by homemade pizza and a beer.
Sadly my run today was cut short at about 13km when I completely and utterly ran out of energy and couldn't manage another step. That's what happens when you stay out past midnight.
So glad we've got a fairly quiet week at work coming up. I need to get my head in gear and catch up with things I've been meaning to do for ages.
