Morning run

We set off in full waterproofs as the rain was driving sideways past us. By the time we reached the coll between the hills it was sunshine :-) The light was lovely, and here's my running pals heading down the hill as I stop to take photos. It was then back to the car, back home for a quick shower then off to collect boys from skate park. We came home via the monthly market where I got us some alplings for tea.
Later on we all went swimming. Duncan was very chuffed to swim 25m on his back.
Both boys went to cricket training.
Once boys were eventually in bed we had the fire lit and a glass of wine :-)
