Sand Harbor
Right around lunchtime we drove over Mt. Rose to Incline Village and Sand Harbor, hoping for a little stroll before the next storms are going to roll in. We were not disappointed. The park was open, some roads snow free, Beautiful rest light let the water of Lake Tahoe shine deeply green-blue and some patient horses waited to pull a sled with many Japanese tourists - a picture that we had not expected. The wind created waves up to three feet high on the lake. So we were glad that we brought warm jackets. A nice coffee afterwards warmed us from the inside later.
Thank you for all your comments, stars and hearts on my Virginia Lake picture. I loved to find it in the popular pages....
