Close Encounters...........

....with a Pelican.

I took a lot of very blipable pics today but...........

...I know its another Pelican........I know that Ive cropped his bill off...........I know it's in B/W.....but.........

....The wind was catching this guys top feathers and .......so very cute.........I love the little fluffy bit on their heads.

If I didn't crop off half the bill it would of defeated my purpose on highlighting the feathers...the face....the wonderful netting texture of underneath of bill and yeah! I guess..... generally showing off this handsome devil close up.
