Fuzzy peepers

I had my eyes measured by a machine this morning in preparation for my left eye cataract surgery in early March. Hopefully it will help sharpen things up again. The weather was a mix of rain sleet and snow on the way home, but has settled into a dark rainy day. A lousy day for the Patriots' Celebration Duck Boat Parade in Boston, but diehard American football fans are tough. 

Betsy DeVos was just voted in with the Vice President breaking the tie(a Senate first) on her cabinet nomination. She is totally unfit to serve as Education Secretary, an outrageous pick by Trumplethinskin. As an retired educator I am very afraid for our nation's children and our public schools. We must now step up and hold her accountable!

For the Record,
This day came in with rain, sleet and snow eventually. The snow was short lived and it's just a dark rainy day now.
