Hoose wi a Stormy View

It's been a wild day with gales blowing, and the rain has never eased much.  It's been fairly chilly too!

I've been working all day in the museum office, with the wind and rain lashing off the office windows.  I've been busy with orders in the morning, and then sorting through slides in the afternoon.  There's some terrific old slides, unique and rare, just loving this latest collection.  No chance of getting far tonight with Sammy, the rain has put us both off.  I'm off to work in the pub later, and think it will be quiet.

I popped down the road at lunchtime.  I was wanting to go for a brisk walk along the banks and view some waves, but again, the rain put me off.  There was some great waves crashing around the showers, but not where I had the car.  This house sure has a great view of the stormy seas, but bet they need a good washing most of the year :)  Taken at East Quarff.
