Day 5 ......

of the birthday week!!
Just a snap shot of my flowers/ bouquets ! With the title of the Murder Mystery ( on the train ) sorry this should have come earlier!
Still I am very very old now !!!!
Today has been really fine, but again the forecast is for cold/ snowy weather !!! Hope not, the snow doesn't appeal to this old lady?
I went to the pool today , first time in a month , did 45 minutes & 54 lengths of the pool , wasn't easy today maybe next week will be better.

Thankful ...... for being able to return to a little exercise .
