Choices and decisions...

... that a person I know has had to make due to significant change. I feel quite envious of both their clarity and their tenacity. It also reminded me of the question pictured which appears in the book 'Who Moved my Cheese?' by Dr Spencer Johnson which is about dealing with change in our lives and work.

Three beautiful things:

Some great discussions with teachers following training that I had delivered - the impact was evident.

The sound of the Song Thrushes this morning - good to see/ hear more than one.

A walk by moonlight especially when you have got home late. No torch needed.
