The Calm after the Storm

What a day, rain; thunder; rain then more rain and I thought the hurricane was in New Orleans.

No bowling for me tonight the green was shut yet again due to flooding, surprise surprise. As the weather cleared around 7 pm, I followed the bright bit of sky and ended up at Portobello.

On to the sand I went taking loads of pictures on the way. It was lovely there tonight, no wind just the sound of the waves lapping up on the shore.

The sky was so colourful tonight with the calm sea and little rippling waves, so that had to be the blip tonight. A bit of calm after a very stormy day.
