Broccoli

My favourite vegetable. The kids are considerably less enthusiastic. Their loss. I do find though that I can get away with feeding them pretty much any vegetable as long as I cook it up with a random selection of other veg, add some stock and call it lentil soup. They are getting scarily near that age though where they might just ask for the recipe as a reminder of home when they depart for uni. At which point I will be rumbled.
