Out and about

Torrential rain all day, so no walking apart from a short trip to the shop with MrM and Louie. Soaked!

After another day of pottering interspersed by a surprise visit from Tom and Dorothy and few lightweight chores, P and P kindly gave us a lift to Etal for a concert by the brilliant Furrow Collective (recently nominated in the 'Best Group' category for the Radio 2 Folk Awards 2017).

Took advantage of the two breaks to get up and move about and, thankfully, you're not required to sit absolutely still during a lively musical performance, so there was opportunity to move my muscles and stretch a bit! A good evening, and nice to see several friends there.
