Can you hear me ?

This gull seemed to telling the seal something but the seal was nt listening he was way too laid back to spend time talking to a gull :)
We started the day with a dip in the pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and we had all of it to ourselves,lovely :)
I had grapefruit, muesli and local Golspie haddock for breakfast with a poached egg, tattie scones and toast , yummy.
We were packed and in the car by 10 and were just in time to see the seals at Loch Fleet before the tide came in and covered the sandbanks.
Seals do make me laugh, they look so relaxed especially when the sunshines and a few even gave us a wave :)
We drove down to Embo and enjoyed a short walk on the beach, big waves were splashing over the old pier while a collection of tiny waders hung on to the end wall.
We finished our trip with a journey round to Portmahomack and on to Tarbet Ness and a walk to the Lighthouse. It was a lot colder there and we were surprised to see some Fisherman right on the waters edge who did nt seem to be noticing the cold.
Back home now and Mikes getting ready to go away early tomorrow morning.
