a shot of color on a gray day

I had a nice long sleep last night, and was ready to seize the day. So I grabbed my camera and went out for our usual morning walk. It was gray and cold, and soon I was feeling gray and cold. Hmm, guess I am still a bit "under the weather."
But at least I bagged my blip (a male house finch) before nightfall!
