Fat Tuesday

Out to dinner tonight for a rare burger topped with cheese, bacon, and French toast! Instead of fries, I had potatoes that had been baked in their skins, then mashed, restuffed and broiled to a crispy finish.
Maybe I'm not in New Orleans for Mardi Gras, but I know how to party before the beginning of Lent tomorrow!
