Exploring

My Sunday run didn't quite go to plan! I was chatting to Karen (aka life in Brighton) and Karen dropped into conversation she was having a glass of wine just as I was heading out the door. 25mins later with wine on the mind I decided it was far far too cold to be running ;). So I resumed my run today....I found quite a nice, albeit boggy cross country run. Only dodgy bit about the run is a rather fast country lane!
