Orang utans

We went to an orang utan sanctuary today where they look after orphaned Ones and release them back into the wild.

They feed them twice a day but mostly just bananas so eventually they get bored of the monotonous diet and venture further into the jungle and become wild again. These ones are classed as semi wild.

Orang utans are the only primate that live outside of Africa and spend most of their lives in the trees instead of in the ground. Fun facts for you!!
