Forlorn

Well i'm pleased to report that both Rosie and Stanley's ops went ok and they're now back home where they belong. Rosie is obviously feeling quite delicate and is wobbling around the house not at all impressed with the "lampshade" around her neck. I was warned that they will probably be a bit groggy this evening but i think Stan has other ideas. In fact he is so boisterous i've had to separate him as he keeps leaping on his sister. Also he seems very put out that he's restricted to a light diet only for the rest of today. Anybody would think he'd never been fed!

I can also sigh a huge sigh of relief after the car passed it's MOT today. It was rather unexpected as the Ford garage quoted £850 of work last week when it had it's annual service and would have failed it. Any work that needs doing will be taken elsewhere from now on!!

Time now to relax for the evening and celebrate a successful day with a steak and glass of wine. :-))
