Leftovers

This is the sticky citrus chicken with carrots and cashew nuts I cooked yesterday to celebrate my good news. I'm about to finish it off with some fragrant Jasmine rice and relax as I've now broken up for a week and I have loads planned. Tomorrow I'm off to Eccleshall show, I'm walking with my dad and sister on Sunday then my mum is visiting for a couple of days to help me pack. Later in the week I have a night out to celebrate a work colleagues birthday then a weekend camping at the victory show to round it all off. Happy days. :-))
