Looking out and looking in

Trying to stay upright, no looking up or down.  These daffodils on the kitchen windowsill were at almost the right height even if I was outside looking in.

When JJ has finished washing the cars he's going to help me with the Epley manoeuvre to try and shift the crystals in my ear which is causing the vertigo.  It's got to go.
