Table Mountain

We were up at 6.15 a.m. for a trip up Table Mountain in the cable car. Apparently it gets very busy, so we were there by 7.30 a.m. to join the queues for one of the early cable cars, which start at 8 a.m. It was a good move.

Incredible views from the top and I was really surprised at how much vegetation there is so high up.

An orientation of the city followed, then a quick lunch before five of us headed out on a wine tasting tour.

After that we were dropped at the waterfront where we eventually met up with Hildasrose for dinner.

Up early again on the 18th for a day trip down and around the Cape of Good Hope.
