Fridays are good ...

Fridays are special. Fridays are good. Met in Zurich (café Odeon) early morning AM and DM who is who is going to join us in the project in March. Young, ambitious, energetic and a new nationality (Denmark). Decided at lunch time to take the afternoon off and arrived in Davos at 3pm. Went then first for a 2 hour walk in the heavy snowfall before preparing an entire salmon trout in the oven with seasonal salad (follow by a little bit of cheese and a 1986 Spanish Don PX Gran Riserva sweet wine) for dinner.

Extras: The deers came by at dawn outside to feed on the birds food. They have obviously learned how to reach it. :)
