Strelapass

Wonderful winter day. Hiked up to Strelapass and back, partially with snowshoes. 5 hours of hiking, 900m ascent and 25'000 Fitbit steps in total. Grande day out with 6 hours of full sun. A few extras of us and the view into the valley our hide away is.

Big chunks of sweet potatoes with sage leaves and echalottes are now roasting in the oven. Fillet beef will be added soon. 2015 Syrah Valais de Charles Bonvin is open on the table. Winter salad first.
