Lanhydrock
We called in at this National Trust property near Bodmin on the way home this morning. The house isn't open again until March but the garden had a number of camellias in bloom and expansive views of the parkland estate.
This shows the Parish church sitting behind a wing of the house and part of the formal gardens.
Couldn't resist the extra of a particularly friendly Robin who insisted on striking a number of poses.
A church seemed appropriate today: two years ago today it was Tess's Mum's funeral; a year ago was the last time we saw our friend Dave. Been thinking of them both today.
