Rainbow Trout
Two weeks ago blippers kindly gave me their ideas on how to cook trout. I really appreciated that but I had got into my head a recipe with an almond and ginger wine creamy dressing.
Unfortunately, yesterday, I had forgotten that the sauce was made with a leek, so I bought leeks as the accompanying veg. Mistake! The clean look of carrots would have been better for a blip.
I'm not normally one for blipping what I eat, but I love looking at adverts with incredible food photography!
