Early crocus

Today has been warm and bright enough for the early crocuses to open their flowers, right on schedule. I've been photographing them for the last seven years and the most frequent date for them to open is the 16th February. In 2011 they were unusually early, fully open by the 6th and during the very cold spring of 2012 they didn't open until the 23rd!
