Aconite

Bright sunshine made it look very spring-like, and encouraged me to go on a botanical recording trip to Obthorpe, but once I was away from the shelter of the garden the keen wind felt very chilly and I was glad of my hat and gloves. The cold weather's making the early spring flowers last, but there's very few other plants coming into bloom. I expect I'm just being impatient....
