Dumbarton Road

I was on the prowl with my new camera tonight. It's like an SLR but it's dinky and much nicer to carry around.

I cut out an article from Amateur Photographer years ago - this french dude, awesome photographer, had used these complex cross-processing techniques to create an amazing set of photos of New York as a love letter to his girlfriend. The photos were just jaw droppingly beautiful - saturated, dramatic, high contrast, but uniquely filmic.

Not a great composition this, but the colours and contrast are getting close to what this guy had produced with film. The Olympus Pen - I think I've found what I've been looking for at last...
