Vito's "Crostini di Salmone Affumicato"

Back at our home from home, Mangia e Bevi, our favourite Italian restaurant, to enjoy the August specials one last time.

I absolutely love the smoked salmon crostini, and believe I've had them 6 times this month. That is some favourite! I had the mussels appetiser afterwards for my main course.

All month Tom has looked at the seafood risotto and then gone with something else. He finally ordered it tonight and was kicking himself because it was so good he would have had it several times if he'd known.

Seeing as tomorrow is the 31st, methinks we will be back one last time for the salmon and the risotto!
