Smoked Salmon Crostini, Susan Style!

Spent the morning cleaning out the fridge, and unearthed some smoked salmon that had been festering for a couple of weeks.

I decided to try my version of the Mangia e Bevi appetiser I blipped yesterday. Mine had more egg and more salad and was yummy, but sadly ended up a pale imitation of the original.
