One of the "other engines" storms into Tenterden

Not working on the railway today so we took the opportunity to go and see the event ourselves. When you're working at a signalbox or crossing you don't get to see what is going on up at Tenterden.

The station was full of excited children with trains coming and going and Thomas playing around in the station and the yard entertaining families with well known scenarios from the books. Judging by the crowds and the happy faces people were having a really good time. Lots of souvenirs of Thomas sold, lots of food consumed, faces painted, rides and little games.

A good couple of weekends for the railway too, with an significant performance above budget which will be a great help in the coming months as we get realy for another season
