Ready for action!

Another changeable day today, but there was a lull in the gloom when I went out this afternoon to collect Mrs M from the train. I went a little earlier than necessary as I was in search of a Blip and popped in to the lifeboat berth where she lay patiently waiting for an emergency call. When the call comes she motors straight out of her cosy berth into the bay and beyond.

She's named 'Mora Edith MacDonald' and is a Trent class boat, designed to lie at her moorings, so there's no steep slipway here. I've tried before to find out after whom she was named, but no luck so far. Must ask somebody!
