Shere delight
When we arrived in Shere this morning the narrow street was completely blocked by four huge delivery trucks. Traffic queued in both directions, backing up a long way. We luckily were safe in the car park. The lorries soon cleared and the village returned to its attractive self.
Sister J and I browsed the gift shops and then sat on a bench in the warm sun beside the Tillingbourne, watching the ducks. Spring was in the air, with the glossy drakes having just one thing on their mind!
