Last day in Lanzarote. Another wildly windy night last night but I think I'm starting to blot the noise out just in time to go home !
Got a lift to Teguise market with a German/ Peruvian couple from the airbnb ( who had remembered to take their driving license so could hire a car).
Big busy bustling market. No space in hand luggage - dreadful scenario for me! So strolled, drank coffee, rained so drank hot choc and then walked up to Teguise castle. Good steep walk and a really interesting castle with a history of pirating. Glad we went.
Bus back to Tias, Indulged in a delicious and leisurely late Sunday lunch before heading to Airport and home.
