Building on its Own

I was down today at the new Glasgow Life building at High St collecting passes for the Great Scottish Run in Sunday and I noticed this building standing on its own. It's not too lonely as the College Bar is just a few feet away.
Those of a certain vintage will recognise the old Herald and Times building and on the left was the Big Issue office which once belonged to the Post Office.
In the middle of the picture used to stand a garage where we used to photograph the pop groups.
