Everyone...

... but the dogs!
Another play on the beach this morning then we braved walking to the end of the big pier! The sun was back again today but the wind was making sure you knew it was there too! It was quite a battle walking in a straight line particularly along the pier!
Then it was packing cars time! :(
Very last thing was to buy some smoked kippers for Cathie's dad and friends at school! :P
We wrapped them up LOTS and I don't think they smelled the car up! I'll find out tomorrow for sure!!
Cathie and I drove to Sandsend and walked along the front to the wee cafe we like before walking back along the newly exposed beach (tide was going out) back to the car. That was so nice to do!
They have been working hard there and have put in lots of (very nice) concert stepping to break the water and protect the land and are now building a new pedestrian bridge over the little burn. A very good idea I think as it gets VERY busy there in the summer.
Home and a bit of vegging in front of the telly. Still not feeling quite right but I'm sure it will go!!
