Don't ignore the sign

This sign was posted outside a pub in Melbourne. It's alarming to discover that people need to be cautioned not to leave children or pets in the car.

Recently in Sydney on a 40C day, a mother of four children left them locked in the car while she went shopping. The temperature in the car would have been 10 degrees higher. A passerby called the police. The mother was charged and went to court. Luckily the children were unharmed but it could easily have turned into a tragedy if they had suffered heat stroke or worse.
