Big colour

I don't understand how this turquoise paint has found its way to end up on a building in Moscow and not somewhere more exotic - Miami is the most obvious one, but the combination with fresh snow makes it look perfectly suitable! In fact very suitable and organic!!!! Just caught my eye when I was searching for a parking gap in central Moscow before theater performance. I was so keen to stop and take a photo and it did not look any promising, but all of a sudden somebody started the engine and ... bingo! a space to park and the perfect setting for today's blip!!!
