More Tongue

I wish I wasn't, but I am enthralled with the tongues of the herons. What is that thing, and what is it used for? I'm guessing that the pouchy-looking thing is soft, and the spear-looking thing is hard.

I had a good shooting afternoon after a busy morning. After a 2 mile walk, I went to ladies swim exercise class. Me and 7 women, and...and...and...ANOTHER MAN! Greg really brought down my man-to-women ratio...but it was good to see him.

Then, I got out my clown bike, and took a 3 mile ride. (It was real nice until it started raining.) I got wet...not drenched...but quite wet.
