Who am I?

This rather splendid duck was hanging out with a group of Mallards, particularly a male. In terms of size and shape, she fits in well, but her colouring is nothing like a Mallard. Note dark bill.This duck has been around for at least a year and I may have blipped her before. Any ideas?
