waiting for sunlight

After work today, I went to the Stove to pick up one of the Solargraph cameras made by a member of Concursum, a group of photographers who engage in wonderful alternative techniques. In September, an amazing festival called Sanctuary will take place in the Galloway Forest. It only happens every other year, and in 2015 I met Concursum when they were there taking wet plate portraits.

The solar graph cameras are being sent out to various people across Dumfries and Galloway and we will put them up and record the sun's movement over the next six months. Have a look here to find out more :-)
