birthday reunion

Today is Marie's (D's Mum's) 84th birthday. Kim, her other daughter-in-law, cooked us all a lovely lunch and she had also knitted Marie a jumper and some socks. A quiet birthday, surrounded by her family, lots of flowers and cards, dozing on and off. 

Sarah arrived from London this morning and will be going home on the train with us this evening, back to Scotland. I'm looking forward to that :-)
