Spuds

Lifted the final batch of last year's potatoes this afternoon, unfortunately just a little too late for the Pink Fir Apples as a lot of them had started to rot. The others were mostly OK though. Jo has already ordered the new season's seed potatoes; no idea what kind but I'd put money in there being Fir Apples again. We had our annual allotment planning meeting this morning. Not that there's much to plan, we always plant the same crops! We just hope that we'll stop supplying the rabbit population with their 5 -a-day this year.
