More half-hearted house preparation .. followed by a visit to the beach where I tried out a new (second hand) camera body I just bought from eBay. I'd been thinking of getting a bridge camera to just throw into my bag (my usual camera, a 7D is too heavy just to carry about on the off chance of needing it) - however a friend recommended the Canon 100D which is the smallest and lightest DSLR on the market. I think it's pretty good - I better sell an old camera body to cover the cost of it as I'm meant to be economising!

This evening I went to this - brilliant!
