MAD MAD MAD

After the hypo last night I felt very hung over this morning and my blood sugar was above 10. O well it happens

We breakfasted in St Austel Lunched in Newquay and dined in Charlestown. We went down to the beach and watched the surfers. They are mad. We had coats scarf and gloves and hats. This guy was standing in the water taking photographs. Expensive lens which no doubt went with an expensive Canon. The extras is a surfer. He did quite well but then fell over.
