Waking up to a view

Arrived last night in the dark over a zig zag mountain pass and could only imagine the view. Woke up early and impatient to see where we are. Lovely quiet corner with a banana plantation down below the balcony. First sighting of the much famed Mount Teide over on Tenerife as the clouds cleared was a wow moment!
